Activity Area

Deals with practices relating to compensation for damage resulting from road traffic accidents, in the interest of individuals, as well as judgments tending to the achievement of damages in respect of public and private health facilities for issues hypothesis of medical malpractice and medical liability ( malpractice, lack of patient consent to health care).

He has worked to protect the rights of investors in certain disputes initiated by banking institutions to obtain compensation for damages resulting from the cancellation of contracts for the purchase of Argentine bonds.
